Pioneer Mobile Content Provider Vindigo Shuts Down

Vindigo, a survivor from NYC’s dot-com era, is closing its doors.  Its current owners have decided to shut down the business, which used to provide mobile content guides for Palm handhelds, rather than seek a sale of the company, now generating revenue primarily from mobile products such as Vindigo City Guides and MapQuest Mobile.
