Local TV Stations to Lose Audience from Digital Switch

When television stations stop their analog signals on February 17th, local stations might see a drop of seven percent in viewership, according to TVPredictions.com. With many high rises in New York City, the digital signal is difficult to capture with a standard antenna, leaving some unprepared to receive the signal, causing the drop.
