The anchor, Pat Kiernan, known for reading the day's headlines from local NYC papers on the Time Warner Cable news channel, has launched a Web site called Pat's Papers. On the site, Kiernan will do a expanded, webcast version of his broadcast segment, summarizing headlines from both national and international newspapers for viewers.
