The hyper-local news Web site, based in Brooklyn's DUMBO neighborhood, has built maps and "Neighborhood Pages" for NBC local stations' Web sites in nine markets, including NYC for NBCNewYork. These "Neighborhood Pages" will pull Outside.in's users' geo-tagged stories into these Web sites according to an e-mail forwarded to us from a site user.
