Reporter Gillian Reagan spoke with three NY'ers who are part of the "underground team of youngsters" helping tech companies "figure out how to make our gadgets work", including Trylon SMR Account Director Matthew Caldecutt, user experience designer Whitney Hess, and NonSociety.com's "fangirl" Megan Asha.
According to Reagan, early adoption is now powered by 20- and 30-somethings on the Internet, "communicating about … new Internet tools through social networking sites" and providing technology companies with feedback on their experiences through these new channels.
