up with our agile, fast-paced development cycle. We're seeking a Lead PHP
Developer to join our small and growing development team, under the Director of
Technology.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in CS or related field, or
equivalent experience. - 3+ years programming experience
- 2+ years PHP experience
- Solid grounding in OOP methodoloy
- Some experience with
AJAX/Javascript/XML/Web2.0/blah/blah – jQuery a plus - Database proficiency required, Postgres
experience a plus - Drupal skills a big plus
- Bonus points for familiarity with the pitfalls of
email campaigns and reputation management
The position requires both design and implementation work. We've got a bunch
of cool applications in development, some large, some small, some frontend,
some backend. We've just moved into our cool new office space in SoHo. You'll

experienced PSD-chopping, HTML-cleaning, CSS guru to write clean, lightweight
code and keep our pages SEO-friendly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience doing front-end work
for a web-based business or web-focused agency - Able to hand-code efficient tableless CSS layouts
- Up-to-date understanding of SEO best practices
- Strong dedication to cross-browser and
cross-platform compatibility - Capable in photoshop and illustrator
- Flash skills a plus
- Knowledge of Drupal theming a big plus
