The Valley-Stream, LI-based publisher's Kosher Cookbook application contains more than 300 of food writer Gloria Kobrin's recipies, adapted to suit kosher dietary rules. It's also been included in the "What's Hot" section of Apple's iTunes according to a press release which NYConvergence received.
