President Barack Obama will deliver a speech in Troy, New York in Hudson Valley Community College that will focus on the administration's planned efforts to further innovation in technology, which include developing an advanced information technology system and expanding IT use for healthcare and promotion of U.S. exports. Other initiatives include restoring U.S. leadership in basic research, improving education and developing clean energy and advanced vehicle technology.
