Anil Dash, an influential New York based tech blogger/consultant (and co-founder for Six Apart, a blogging software company with offices in New York), will be heading to Washington D.C. to lead a new incubator called Expert Labs.
The incubator is a nonpartisan, independent project that aims to improve the policy-making process by engaging experts and technologists.
