Video-based chat service Paltalk has acquired Vumber, a service that provides “disposable” phone numbers which it began working with last February. Financial terms of the deal weren't disclosed.
According to paidContent, Paltalk believes that Vumber, which has subscription revenue for its service, could become a meaningful part of its business over the long term.
