Douglas Hines, founder of Lincoln, Park, NJ-based True Companion, LLC, said that his life-size rubber robot, Roxxy, can carry on simple conversations. The robot, which will cost $7,000 to $9,000, comes with a laptop through which updates can be sent to the robot to expand "her" capabilities and vocabulary.
Owners will also be able to select different personalities for Roxxxy,
from "Wild Wendy" to "Frigid Farrah," Hines said.
Hines demonstrated the robot at last week's Adult Entertainment Expo in Las Vegas, Nevada.
