Towards the end of last year's baseball season, Yankees fans in the New York area were given access to watch the live, streaming video of the games online, as local cable carriers signed with Yankees' YES Network and Major League Baseball Advanced to offer this for the first time. Now joining Cablevision and Verizon FiOS, Time Warner Cable is also offering this service to its subscribers starting with this year's season, which kicks off Sunday, April 4 when the Yankees face the Red Sox.
