Yesterday True/Slant, the NYC based freelance online news outlet founded by former Forbes editor Lewis Dvorkin, announced yesterday that it was being sold to Dvorkin's former employer. Terms for the deal were not disclosed.
The news company had recently been dogged ny rumors that it was experiencing financial issues and that it was looking for a suitor.
