Next New Networks Swaps CEO with Chairman

New York based aggregator and Webisode syndicator Next New Networks has announced a new CEO for the company. Current CEO Lance Podell is stepping down and will stay on as chairman while co-founder and current chairman Fred Seibert will become CEO.
