NY based online video startup Blip.tv has been building a team over the past year for the formal launch of Blip.tv Creative Services, an in house division.
While the site has mostly been known for distributing independent web series, with this new division the company will be able to, according to Adweek “take a client’s existing TV spots and create complementary in-stream ads, such as overlays or ‘bugs’, theoretically making a noninteractive TV spot suddenly interactive.”
