The City of Yonkers in Westchester has just built Y-Enterprise, a new incubator space. The city has announced this week a “Y-Your Enterprise?” contest to determine which startup will get six months free in the furnished office space. Entrepreneurs whose businesses have been up and running for at least a year, and have up to eight employees, can apply for the program before the June 15th deadline.
Yonkers City Commissioner Lou Kirven said, “Yonkers is a city on the rise and the Y-Enterprise program will have a major role in that upward momentum.”
