Business social networking site LinkedIn has signed a seven year deal to lease the entire 25th floor of the Empire State Building at a “high $40-per-square-foot range”. The company had previously been leasing a smaller space on the same floor with other offices around the city.
The new space will allow them to consolidate and expand.
