Foursquare announced this week that it will be offering daily deals from five partners to iPhone, Android and Blackberry users. Deals from Living Social, Gilt City, AT&T Interactive, BuyWithMe and Zozi, will be incorporated into Foursquare’s app. Groupon is not yet one of the partners, but rumors say the two companies are in negotiation.
Using time, location and check-in histories, the app offers appropriate deals to customers. Foursquare describes the new service as “targeting with social justification.”
