Augme Technologies, a mobile marketing company based in NY, has acquired Hipcricket, a mobile marketing agency based out of Washington state, in a $44.5 million venture. With this acquisition, all current Hipcricket employees will maintain their jobs with the company.
Augme also recently acquired Jagtag, which specializes in bar codes and Q.R. codes.
