Co-working Space Grind Launches in Union Square Today

The founders of Co:Collective, an agency/creative consultancy, launched their co-working space Grind in Union Square today. According to Fast Company, Ty Montague, co founder of the Co: Collective, believes that, “Grind is a manifestation of his and his partners’ views on the future of work.” The change comes with the shift in work culture in the U.S. Employment trends have shown that employees find themselves straying away from traditional office spaces with freelancers making up about one third of the economy. Grind will act as a co-working community in which others can share ideas and skills by working alone or as a small group.

Filled with 140 seats, the Grind office also encompasses check-in capability and accessing work materials using their RFID-enabled membership card.
