In its first round of funding, GramercyOne has raised $14.5 million. The NY based startup provides online booking and business management software for companies, and so far, the company has ranged in selling its software to local businesses and large companies such as the Hilton and W Hotels. The platform allows consumers to schedule and pay for appointments online and focuses mainly on spa and health facilities. CEO Daniel Lizio-Katzen told The Street, “The company is trying to become the equivalent of restaurant booking platform OpenTable for service companies.”

GramercyOne clients pay on a monthly basis for its software prices ranging from $25 to $1,000. For 2012, it hopes to process $1 billion in transactions.
