The first NY sponsored business incubator has opened in the Bronx. The Sunshine Bronx Business Incubator has received $250,000 from the New York Economic Decvelopment Corporation and will eventually hold up to 400 entrepreneurs over the next three years. The incubator is located at the BankNote Building at 890 Garrison Avenue in the Hunts Point section of the borough, as the 11,000 square foot space contains 180 workspaces and is all wired to support the latest digital and video technology.
