Visual blog aggregator Bloglovin announced it has taken an investment from NY Internet company Betaworks and former Glam CFO and Microsoft executive Bruce Jaffe. Though this is not series A funding, the company announced it has now raised over $1 million from investors. The site allows users to keep up with content from multiple blogs in an aggregated Tumblr-esque fashion, with the latest post appearing at the top.

Bloglovin initially launched in 2007, but CEO Mattias Swenson told GIGaom that with this round of funding will allow them to hire more engineers as well as focus on mobile and social. The company also hopes to add a NY presence.
