DoubleVerify, the verification monitoring, blocking, and compliance solutions start up, will close its Israeli R&D center and move 35 of the 50 Israel-based employees to its branch in NY, while the 15 others will be let go. According to Globes, the company was founded four years ago by CEO Oren Netzer and CTO Alex Liverant. It is not yet known when the procedure will be finalized. Gil Wasserman, SVP of engineering who handles the company’s Israeli operations, will leave the company.
DoubleVerify is closing the Israeli branch in order to consolidate its multiple teams in a single location. The sales staff is based in NY and the company wants the R&D staff to join them. The company also has offices on the West Coast and in London.
