NY-based platform ADstruc offers a way to buy and sell outdoor advertising, and was named as one of the top ten disruptive NY startups in 2011. BeatBeat reported that ADstruc was involved in the crowdfunded billboard of SOPA sponsor Rep. Lamar Smith and the Silicon Valley billboard for Kickstarter project Pebble, the highest grossing project the site has had to date.

More recently, the company has shifted into interactive display advertising projects, like a billboard they created for Bleacher Report, which streamed news about particular sports teams based on tweets from locals. John Laramie, CEO and co-founder of ADstruc, told BetaBeat  in an email that, “Things couldn’t be better – we’ve hit our stride in our industry and are working on some major agency/tech integrations. We are now working with over 800 companies and have national coverage.”

The company is headquartered in SoHo and has 12 employees.
