British startups are choosing NY as their US launchpad to find more customers, according to Xconomy. These startups are taking advantage of NY’s access to potential marketing and retail communities. This year’s arrivals include Shopcade, a social e-commerce site, and Performance Horizon Group, which developed a software-as-a-service platform for managing and tracking big data in marketing and advertising. These join already established London startup GroupSpaces, which developed an online platform for managing groups such as sports clubs and charities.
