Feastly, a website in private beta that aims to be the Airbnb of shared, private dining, is extending its services to NY. Founder Noah Karesh told Pando Daily that after growing within the US, the goal is to go abroad, enabling travelers to find a home-cooked meal in any part of the world. He also hopes to “reintroduce the dining table back to the social network.”

Currently Feastly makes money by charging a service fee to the overall cost of the diner and taking a percentage of the overall revenue from the cook – who then ends up with 80-90% of the meal’s profits.
