Livestream, housed in the same Chelsea location as Google, is opening up a new annex in Williamsburg for product design. The startup, which enables online broadcasting, hopes to move by the end of the year. According to the New York Post, CEO Max Hoat didn’t want to move to DUMBO with other tech firms. It’s like downtown Manhattan, he told The Post, and, “It’s not a cool place to live.”
