Rental Engine connects users with all of the major NY apartment listings in one interface. The site, which just entered public beta, filters out listings that are old or lack information to increase accuracy. It allows users to store listings, enter notes and collaborate with others while searching. It even notifies users if an apartment matching their criteria becomes available.

The startup has raised $100,000 in funding so far and has seen about 100 unique visitors a day before launching into public beta.
