Durst Organization‘s 675 Third Avenue location is home to the expansion of Insight Global, an IT employment firm, which just signed a seven-year lease of 7,300 sq. feet in the building. The company is moving down from the 30th floor of the building to the 10th floor in order to have more space. The building itself is located at 42nd street and 3rd Avenue, and is approximately 96% full, according to The Commercial Observer. Karen Kuznick, representative for the Durst Organization on the deal, said, “The building is a real mix. It’s in a sense our only building that doesn’t have an anchor tenant. The largest tenant in the building is SS&C Technologies.”
