The New York Hall of Science hosts the 3rd Annual World Maker Faire New York on Saturday, September 29 – 30. It’s a DIY festival devoted to crafts, science, music and technology. There will be lots of vendors, food and performances. Sherry Huss, of O’Reilly Media’s MAKE division, says New York is the leading maker movement. She told Laughing Squid, “The community is all about innovation and DIY; it’s part of the fabric of the city.”
