Singularity & Co. is a Brooklyn-based bookshop specializing in obscure and out-of-print science fiction. It was founded in April with the help of a very successful Kickstarter campaign. Their campaign earned them 350 percent of their $15,000 goal.
Each month they pick an out-of-print title and track down the copyright holder in order to make it available in DRM-free PDF, Epub, and Mobi format for subscribers. Their Dumbo bookstore, located at 18 Bridge st, also carries new sci-fi books. Soon, their e-store will offer sci-fi cover art merchandise.
