Apple v. Samsung and Startup 101 Offered at NYTC

The New York Technology Council takes a hard look at the latest in legal developments this week. Tomorrow, Oct. 23, intellectual property specialists discuss the far-reaching implications of Apple v. SamsungRobert Katz, partner at Banner & Witcoff  joins Christopher Carani, a partner at McAndrews in a conversation about likely outcomes for developers.

On Thursday, Oct. 25, NYTC launches a three-part program, Legal Essentials for Startups.
