Boxee’s new $99 set-top device combines Internet steaming video, audio apps and tuners for both antenna and basic-cable TV. The new Boxee TV is simpler and easier to use than the earlier Boxee Box set-top devices. Its dual tuners can pick up both standard-definition and HD signals. Users also have the option to record programs with an online DVR service for $14.99 a month.
