Charter Communications has chosen to locate its new NY-area office in Stamford, Connecticut. According to Multichannel News, the St. Louis based company had stated in June that it wanted a NY area corporate hub for their top executives, including CEO Tom Rutledge and COO John Bickham. Charter, the fourth-largest cable operator in the US, has obtained 70,000 square feet in an office building at 400 Atlantic Street in Stamford. The company has posted listings for dozens of jobs in Stamford on the site indeed.com. The positions include executive assistant, VP of investor relations and senior manager of digital marketing.
