Digg’s new and simplified site has attracted new users. Since its July relaunch, Digg is directing plenty of referrals to non-tech sites such as The Atlantic—ranking right behind Facebook, Twitter and Reddit. TechCrunch and Ars Technica also see a pick up in referrals from Digg. Its had 1.7 million visitors in less than three months and now it’s reaching out to advertisers for new ideas.
