Local drug dealers are using Craigslist to openly sell illegal narcotics, according to NY law enforcement authorities who have found thriving online businesses with thinly-veiled ads for drugs such as Xanax, Oxycontin and Adderall. The ‘Craigslist Cartel’ is active in cities all across the U.S. According to news reports, 21 people were arrested in NY after undercover narcotics officers made 63 separate drug purchases.
