#NYCDataWeek to Take a Long Look at Big Data

NYC Data Week kicks off on Oct. 22^nd. The five-day data festival includes a Startup Showcase with Fred Wilson and Tim O’Reilly, a hackathon, lots of presentations on Big Data and several meetups. There are panels on data innovations in finance and how NYC  implements change with data. Python lovers (the language, not the snake) also have a chance to meet O’Reilly in person with drinks at Dewey’s Flatiron.
