Angel investor Chris Dixon is in talks to be a partner at Andreessen Horowitz. The deal isn’t complete, but All Things D first reported that the NY entrepreneur is likely to work for the Silicon Valley-based VC firm. Dixon was founder and CEO of SiteAdvisor and Hunch, both of which were bought by McAfee and eBay respectively. He’s also a member of Founder Collective, a seed-stage VC firm. It’s not clear what his specialty will be, but The Huffington Post expects he will work in theNY office.
