Hurricane Sandy temporarily halted NY television production schedules this week, as Comedy Central’s The Daily Show and The Colbert Report started taping again Wednesday, as did NBC’s 30 Rock. CBS’s Blue Bloods, The Good Wife and Elementary will start shooting on sound stages Thursday. Smash and Deception also resumed Thursday. But according to B&C Law & Order: SVUremains shut down.
