#Cablevision Drops #Optimum for #Lightpath in Rebranding Effort

Cablevision Systems is rebranding again, dropping the “Optimum” from its business services division name, instead calling it Lightpath. The MSO said that the change is designed to reflect the difference between Lightpath’s Ethernet-based services for large customers and Cablevision’s Optimum brand for residential and small business customers. On the consumer side, Cablevision unveiled a new Optimum logo in September.
