When Google Maps launched its new iPhone app Wednesday, New Yorkers cheered. According to the New York Post, Manhattan resident Coco Rocha tweeted, “My life has direction again!” NY’ers say that the app makes a big difference—especially when looking for subway stations, social events and exploring new neighborhoods. The new app features 3-D street level photography, turn-by-turn directions and even more public transportation details.
