The NYC-based progressive magazine is just starting to get a handle on social networking, an eMedia Vitals article said, although the magazine's Twitter page has more than 60,000 followers.

Gregg Mitchell, former editor of Editor & Publisher, writes the MediaFix blog for The Nation and was the first blogger brought on board this year. Since then other well known Nation contributors have blogged on a regular basis.
